RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Because most all of our leather products are custom or made to order, we can rarely accept returns. We cannot accept returns on custom items where sizing is incorrect due to incorrect measurements being sent. If it is our mistake, we will gladly do whatever we can to correct the mistake, or completely remake your item. Please double-check your measurements for custom-sized products. I cannot take responsibility for a wrong size if the measurements given to me are incorrect.

 

We will always do what we can to rectify any situation where you may be dissatisfied with your item. 

 

 

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE OUR CLIENTS TO KNOW

 

  1. We are not a manufacturing company and do not want to design leather goods for other designers to put their name on.
  2. We are craftsmen, not an assembly line. We can very rarely do bulk pricing due to the fact that there is no less work done and time spent when the client orders more. It is possible to do in some cases, but not all.
  3. We are human, so each piece will take time to create. If you are on a time crunch and need an item rushed, there will be a rush fee applied, if our schedule allows.
  4. Again, we are human, and sometimes we make mistakes. If there is something wrong with the fit/make of your item, please contact us. It would make us more than happy to assess the issue and make it right.
  5. When ordering custom belts, guitar straps, or anything needing specific measurements, please understand we need your measurements to be concise. We will provide instructions with each order to ensure we get the proper measurements needed.
  6. We do have wait times, however, a deposit is required for all custom work and a deposit will ensure your project is next in line. Waiting until “things slow down” may happen, or we may have more custom orders being booked.
  7. We would love to see our work on big celebrities, however, we cannot afford to donate or lend out items to people much wealthier than we are. If you open for a popular country star, we are stoked for you, but we cannot donate or lower our prices because of this. We would rather have food on our table than have our name dropped.
  8. We do not do repairs or upholstery. We only repair items that are sent out of our shop.
  9. If you have an idea of some designs you would like on a custom piece, we are more than happy to accommodate, however, we cannot draw designs all day without a deposit. 
  10. The customer is not always right. Please understand that we are the professionals and know what may or may not work for your custom piece.
  11. Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
